Honestly, the only thing I've tried this on are tacos.
Ingredients[]
- 3/4 Cup of whole tomato sauce
- Several cherry tomatoes (for sweetness)
- 2 Jalapenos
- (Any colour)bell pepper
- 3/4 of a clove of garlic (and or onion)!
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Tools:
- Blender
- Stove
- A seal-able jar or container
- Frying Pan
- Bowl
Directions[]
Pour our your 3/4 cup of Tomato sauce into a large bowl.
Dice up your vegetables (and tomato [fruit]). (Some seeds are ok).
Pour about 1/4 cup of your tomato sauce into the blender with your diced vegetables and fruit.
Blend for about 2 minutes (or until most of the chunks are mixed into the sauce).
Start your frying pan to a high temperature. (Add vegetable oil for a better taste and for it to go fasted).
Stir your contents on the frying pan for about 5 minutes.
Put the fried contents into your bowl of your remaining 1/2 cup of tomato sauce.
Shake or mix your bowl well.
After you well have a nice taco (or other) sauce to enjoy!
